About Stacy Bell-Simmons
Dr. Stacy Bell-Simmons, OD, graduated with honors from Pacific University with a Doctor of Optometry degree, with a specialty in children's vision. Dr. Simmons decided to continue her education and completed a masters degree in Education, Vision Function and Learning.
At graduation, Dr. Simmons was awarded the Outstanding Graduate Award from the American Optometric Association. After graduation, Dr. Simmons was commissioned in the US Army and served four years as Chief of Optometry in Mannheim, Germany.
After completing her military assignment in Germany, she returned to the US and joined The Spec Shoppe in 2002. Dr. Bell-Simmons gladly accepts new patients and is committed to providing complete family eye care in the St. Joseph, MO community.
