About Scott Smalley

Dr. Scott Smalley was born and raised in the Saint Charles, Missouri area. He received his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia and then graduated with honors from the University of Missouri-St. Louis School of Optometry in 2005. Dr. Smalley practiced in Lake Ozark for two years and then started practicing at the Clarkson Eyecare Troy location in 2007 when it opened. In his free time, Dr. Smalley enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with his family and his Boykin Spaniel Retriever.
