About Donise Sheridan
Dr. Donise Sheridan, OD, is a native of Graves County, Kentucky. She attended Graves County High School and completed her undergraduate studies at Murray State University. Dr. Sheridan graduated from Southern College of Optometry in 1997 and has been practicing optometry in Mayfield, Kentucky since 1998.
Dr. Sheridan is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Kentucky Optometric Association and the Western Kentucky Optometric Society. She also served on the board for the Kentucky Optometric Association. Dr. Sheridan is a board-certified optometrist and continues to study new advances in optometry.
She resides in Mayfield with her husband and their dogs. Her son currently attends the University of Kentucky.
