Dr. Amanda Ballard, OD was born and raised in Lebanon, KY. Dr. Ballard attended Western Kentucky University for her undergraduate studies. She graduated with her Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University School of Optometry and has been practicing primary care optometry in Lebanon ever since. When Dr. Ballard is not at work, she enjoys camping and spending time with her husband and three daughters.
