Dr. Sugawara graduated from Ohio State College of Optometry in 1981 and he has practiced in Harrison, Ohio since 1983. Dr. Sugawara also practiced in nursing homes from 1982 until 1999.
Dr. Sugawara has four children and three grandchildren. He enjoys playing golf, going to Reds games, and spending time with his family.
