Adis Diaz, OD

Dr. Adis Diaz, OD, is a certified Optometrist in the state of Florida joining Clarkson in December 2020. She has been practicing optometry with an emphasis on medical eye care for over 15 years. Her training includes pre and post-op co-management of cataract surgery and LASIK, as well as co-management of conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eyes, and diabetic retinopathy. She also specializes in fitting many types of contact lenses such as soft, toric, multifocal and hard contacts.

Dr. Diaz received her Doctor of Optometry degree with honors from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 2007.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Cornell University in 2000.  For the past year, she had been practicing in an ophthalmology practice on Long Island, NY. When not “focusing” on her patients, Dr. Diaz enjoys traveling with her husband and her three kids. She looks forward to serving the Tampa community by providing eye care in Lutz, FL.
