About William Kiefer
Dr. Kiefer is a third-generation Optometrist. His father and grandfather practiced in south St. Louis. Dr. Kiefer is a Viet Nam veteran, serving in the US Navy before going to Optometry School. He is a graduate of Princeton University and Summa cum Laude graduate of Illinois College of Optometry. He is past President of the Missouri State Board of Optometry and the St. Louis Optometric Society. He is an avid trout fisherman and still enjoys hiking many of the trails in the surrounding area.
