Stephen Menzel, O.D.

Dr. Stephen V. Menzel graduated from the University of Missouri with a major in Biology and minors in chemistry/psychology. He went on to graduate from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1994 with honors. He worked for several years with a large MD/OD practice in Chicago before joining Clarkson Eyecare in 1997.

Dr. Menzel has been involved in mentoring some of the new doctors throughout the growth of the practice. He has been a part of the development of our newsletter, Eye on Eyecare, since its beginning in 2016. He is a member of the AOA/MOA and is active on the Board of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Dr. Menzel is married and has 3 children and enjoys traveling with his family.
