About Mark Johnson
Dr. Mark D. Johnson, OD, realized at the young age of 11 that he wanted to pursue a career in eye care. Dr. Johnson graduated from Butler University in 1982 with Bachelor of Arts in Biology, while also serving as captain of the university baseball team. He then obtained a degree in optometry from the Indiana University School of Optometry in 1986.
After retiring from the airforce after 25 years, and Dr. Johnson has practiced optometry for nearly forty years and still provides eye care and comprehensive eye exams in Belleville, IL at Clarkson Eyecare in Belleveille.
