Carl Cefalu, OD

Dr. Carl Cefalu, OD received his Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and then graduated from the OSU College of Optometry in 1986. His optometric education also included an internship at State University of New York (SUNY) College of Optometry. Following graduation, he joined the practice of Dr. Andy Gunn. Today, he practices full-scope optometry at Clarkson Eyecare Green eye care center in Uniontown, OH.

Dr. Cefalu has been an active volunteer in the community as well as having coached several youth basketball, baseball, and soccer teams. He has served on the YMCA and Akron General Lifestyles Advisory Boards. He enjoys an active lifestyle playing tennis, golf, pickle ball, hiking and is an avid Cleveland and Ohio State University sports fan.
